That doesn't sound like an issue related to a custom form, because a form would show its content in the open message. I'd suggest that you explore specifics in the microsoft.public.outlook.general forum.

My book provides a very basic introduction to form regions, which are also covered in the Outlook Developer Reference on MSDN. They need to be implemented with an add-in if they have any kind of complex functionality; the recent books by Randy Byrne and Ken Slovak cover such add-ins.

I got the book "Microsoft Outlook 2007 Programming" by Sue Mosher, I have browsed the web, especially http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb177050.aspx, but I am still puzzle. Where do I start?
