Hi all,

I have an Outlook form that I have created that is used to notify the end user of the status of a work request. The form is completed by the analyst and then upon hitting the send button, I am collecting the information (entered via text boxes, check boxes and radio buttons) into the message body. This works fine, but I would like to create the message using html instead of rtf. Would it be better to collect the information via the form and then create a new message and then unload the form? BTW, the form is not a published form to the company, it is only visible to my team. The message that the end user sees is in rtf format.

Can anyone provide some direction to me?

Thanks,
-Jim Baldwin
