I'm working on Outlook 2003 SP3.

I have a custom form (based on Contact) that I have modified and
published many times before. When I attempt to publish it now, I get
a message "Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI
error. The object could not be found." I get this same message when
I attempt to publish any form including one based on IPM.Contact or a
Task. I don't have any problem using any form, including custom
forms, but can't publish.

I installed a .pst file back-up from a week ago (prior to the last
time I successfully published) and got the same message.

Another curious thing: when I choose File:New:Choose Form... there are
no form types listed under the Standard Forms Library.

Any thoughts?
