Hi Ken,
Thanks for your reply. Iam not using the Oulook inbuilt customizable
forms feature. Iam using my own .net Winform library for opening
contact items. (something similar as mentioned in this article:
http://www.devx.com/MicrosoftISV/Article/29261)
Is it possible to set the MessageClass in this scenario ?
