2, 3, 4) You may use the Scripting runtime for that. Click Tools/References and choose the "Microsoft Scripting Runtime". Then open the object browser (f2), switch from <All Libraries> to Scripting, and select FileSystemObject n the left pane, in the right pane you will see all its methods in the right pane. 5) That moves it to the deleted items. 6) If you have the mailbox opened in your Outlook, you can access it via Application.Session.Folders
