Dear all,

For our customers, I'd like to be able to send them a reminder to renew
their license one month before it expires. I would like to do it from our
Access database (query to select relevant customers and their license details
information), combine this in Word (mail merge) with a predefined letter with
document codes and finally send this to their respective e-mail adresses with
Outlook / Exchange Server.

Everything works OK, apart from the sendmail with Outlook. I have to
reconfirm each e-mail manually because safety precautions have been increased
in Outlook (Outlook Security Guard triggers on Mail Merge automation: A
program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf....etc.).

Is there any way to circumvent this manual confirmation? If seen some third
party add-ins that are able to temporarily lower / shut down security (e.g.
Security Manager 2007), but would prefer not to use this, unless mandatory to
solve my problem.

Best regards,

M.
