Hi, For some reason the install on an XP SP3 machine fails on every attempt but there doesn't appear to be a reason. I've downloaded and installed the latest version of SQL Server as that seems to be a common theme, patched the computer etc and it still fails. The error message is along the lines of "Install failed, check the log xyz for more information". I've checked the log but there's nothing obvious and it appears to have installed: --- Start of Log --- MSI (s) (50:D8) [06:17:30:156]: Note: 1: 1707 MSI (s) (50:D8) [06:17:30:156]: Product: Business Contact Manager for Outlook 2007 -- Installation operation completed successfully.
