outlook is not recieving or sending any messages. it has happened all day. we recieve about 15 emails a day from customers so it is not just havent had any emails sent to us. i have tried to send emails to customers didnt work either. called server provider they didnt do a thing because the internet is working just fine. any suggestions to what the problem may be? this is the message i get when i go to send/recieve progress.
