Hi Shailesa. I had the same problem and found the answer. The problem is with Norton Anti Virus 2008 / 07. 1) Open Norton 2) Go to Options 3) Click on Norton Anti Virus 4) Go to Real Time Protection or Missellanous depending on which version of Norton you have 5) UNCHECK. "Keep Microsoft Office Docs Protected" then APPLY 6) Close Norton, PROBLEM SOLVED. Hope this was helpful. Lee Byron lee@gncctv.com
