Hi everyone, 1. Linking emails to contacts If I delete an email that was linked to a contact in BCM, will I still be able to read and access that email in the history for the contact? What if the email had an attachment - can I still access/open the attachment if the email was deleted? 2. Deleted emails When do emails really "delete"? I am confused as to when an email is really gone - I see emails crossed off, for example, when I move an email from one folder to another, but then if I double click that crossed off email I can still read it.
