Hello,

I am new to Outlook with Business Contact Manager, but I can't figure out
how to set this up. Basically, after I do business with someone I want a
reminder to contact them after a week or so for follow-up. I would like this
to happen automatically. Will BCM will do this? If so, can someone tell me
how to set this up?
