I am working with a new Vista Laptop, running Outlook 2003 version
11.8206.8202, with SP3 loaded.

When a contact is added it automatically creates a reminder. I have now 33
reminders. If I dismiss the reminder, they go away and instantly re-creates
new reminders.

How can I get rid of the existing reminders and how do I stop it happening
in the future?
