BCM is an addon to Outlook, the data is not stored in Exchange but rather a
SQL 2005 database. If you set up a main BCM database most likely on your
database server each of the client machines with Outlook BCM installed can
synchronize their data with the main database to maintain up-to-date
customer information.

BCM is basically another set of data files within Outlook that has forms
that display data from the BCM database.
