If I'm running a telemarketing campaign myself and I import roughly 1000
leads a week, because I will call 200 businesses a day.
What is the best way to set this process up in BCM where I can efficiently
see my lead information and status of my accounts as they move from

| I have "dropped" the offline database and now I want to "create" a new
Offline DB.
It attempts to create it but always stops at the end and gives you the
standard MSFT answer of "it cannot continue".
It was working fine with the old DB. I didn't change any of the system for
the connection to the shared server DB. I just dropped the old one and tried
to create a new one.

| I would like to save most of the email addresses from my Inbox (autocomplete
when typing in To or CC) to an adress book.
We just changed our phone numbers, and need to let everyone know. It will
take too long to click on "A" and choose each contact, then "B" etc. etc.
Is there a function to "suck" all the emails out and be able to filter them?... |

| I am wondering if anyone has tested installing Outlook 2007 with BCM on a
64-bit install of Windows Server 2008.
The reason is I am looking to share the database from the server
installation for all of the domain users on the network. This way I know the
database will be secured and centrally managed.

| You may have to activate the trial version in order to be able to use
Outlook. Activation needs to be done otherwise it will go into Reduced
Functionality Mode.

| Is there any advantage to moving my personnel and business contacts to BCM
which are currently stored in regular Outlook contacts? Currently I'm only

| You have to have Outlook 2007 with BCM. You cannot use BCM 2003 with Outlook
2007.

| I have been reading the pertinent posts re: Vista and BCM/Outlook 2003. What
I am wondering is if BCM SP4 solves the compatibility problems? If so, does
anyone know if I install the SP first or do I ignore the compatibility
warnings and install BCM then install the SP4?

| After reading dozens of posts about this problem and struggling with it for
several days I was ready to backup and reinstall. As a last ditch effort I
ran
BCM\Database Tools\Manage Database\Check for errors
that fixed it for me.
Possible cause of problem: power outage. Not positive but I saw this in
other posts and it's the only thing I can point to that has happened recently... |

| I have the same question. I would like to see if it is helpful but also
after I spent time downloading the new Microsoft Accounting, free version,
you can't really use it unless you have Business Contact Manager. What was
Microsoft thinking.

0. This has what you are looking for in either a hosted, on-demand or on-

I thought at the time that that this might be the issue but it was not. I
even waited well over an hour at one point without any result. However this
was later resolved by deleting the partnership and starting over and it then

From your Outlook enable your addins one by one after the BCM add in is
enabled. This worked for me.

| I have a resolution to my problem. When the initial installation failed the
add-in was disabled. Re-enabling the add-in after the update from Outlook
Help > About > Disabled Items fixed it.

BCM Mobile does sync your contact history with each account and business
contacts and I find that very useful. I suspect that MS can and will improve
this program and third party developers will offer alternatives if BCM gains
acceptance.
