| Business Contact Manager 2007 SP1
After importing contacts from ACT, my US customers have been imported with
"United States, USA" in the country field. Because of this, the Zip Code
shows in the business card before the city/town. If I change the country to
"United States of America", everything corrects itself. I have over 3000 US
contacts. How can I look up by the "country"... |

| You can add your new field "Acct. #" to your group or you can create or
rename that group. When you go to "customize form" you highlight the group
that you want to add the new field to or you create a new group for it first
and then highlight it. You then click on "Add field" and create your "Acct.
#" field which will then later show up under the group.

| It appears that BCM only allows you to link one e-mail at a time to a record,
i.e., you cannot highlight multiple e-mails and have tem all link at once.
Am I right that this is the case? If so, should this be suggested to MS?
