I recently installed Office 2007 BCM at customer's site. I have the DB on
Server 2003 SP2 with SQL Server Express SP2. I used the BCM Database tool to
create a new database and assign permissions.

For some reason and it is not predictable, the customer will update a record
and Outlook will freeze and close.

I increased to polling to 30 seconds.

Any advice?
