Hi, I have just moved from ACT! with a database of circa 30,000 records. In order to enter some of the fields such as Do Not Call, for which I had an ACT TPS field flagged, I would like to select a range of records from a list and change this field in all of them without having to open every individual contact. There are a number of fields I have like this, such as setting what was ID/Status in ACT and adding Companies to an Account (currently the only way I can find to do this is by Contact Name - No good for a chain of restaurants where I want to select restaurants of the same name). ACT was quite good for doing these kinds of manipulation and hope BCM is too! Suggestions welcomed and thanks.
