| Why BCM over Outlook? |
Lon Orenstein |

| Sure. You get Opportunities that are linked to Business Contacts and/or
Accounts. You get a Communication History of all the things that you've done
with a contact and account. The account "rolls up" all the interactions
from all the contacts that are part of that account. You can use a basic
project tracking function with Business Projects and assign tasks to users.
All the emails... |

| Word 2007 has a way to save a document in the Word 2003 (and prior) .DOC
format instead of the new .DOCX format. You can even set that as a default.

| Check the Help file for "offline database" or "share database". Yes, BCM
will do this and you can choose whether to logon to the database directly or
take a copy with you on a laptop (Offline).
