| Yes, you can just drag the BCM contacts to the Outlook Contacts folder and
they will move. If you right click and drag, you can choose to copy them.
Thanks,

| Joe, You can create a search folder with a filter that shows only
Active business contacts. Since Search Folders are always kept up to
date, though, you may notice some performance degradation. If so, and
it bothers you, it's easy enough to remove the Search Folder.
Another option is to export the inactive contacts, or the backup the
entire database, then delete them inactive contacts.... |

| Dear LIA International:
I did that in the BETA Version. It can be time consuming. However, if you
have purcased Accounting 2008 within the last 3 month, you have a free
support. They should help you to set that up. It will not work with
Accounting 2008 Express.

| Searches done in Contacts or Business Contacts ignores field entries that are
a result of a drop-down list. I think drop-down lists are an important
feature to help eliminate typing errors and inconsistencies (Outlook should
have/allow more of them). But if Search ignores any field entry created by a
drop-down list, why even allow drop-down lists? What gives?

| The right way to do this is to make a folder under you Inbox...that's
where all your emails are stored. You can create two: one Personal,
one Business, or whatever works for you.
If you are using E-mail Autolinking in BCM, confirm that the emails
you want to link are checked in the Business Contact Manager, Manage E-
