In the BCM windows missing data, have a look in the lower left hand corner
for the words "Filter Applied". If it is there, click it and select "Clear
All". For me this refreshes the screen and displays the latest data. Hope
this helps.

I've got a trouble, when I export the report from BCM to Excel are value
multiplied for ten tousand; e.g. revenues in BCM report are € 300,00 in
excel becomes € 3.000.000,00; insyead the probabilities fron 50% in BCM
becomes 500,0% in excel. My office is V. 2007 SP2 and BCM version is
3.00.8619.01, all in italian language.

| Sorry, didn't see you were still having problems with this. I have
importing all our Siebel data into bcm for the last couple weeks.
Did you set the permissions and sharing on the Database? I remember that
the greyed out database issue was from different versions of the bcm
client. If you are using the final release, the new database must be

I can't answer for Microsoft in terms of why there's been no official
response, but I can confirm that BCM 2010 has gone RTM and that it has been
available for Partners to download for the past week (certainly, it's
available to us as Gold Certified Partners and I have already downloaded and
installed it).

open are customized forms. I imported the customizations after exporting
them from the old machine. Stock forms open fine. The data is there, I can
see the records; just can't open a form. The only difference I can find is a
version mismatch in BCM. The machine I exported the forms from was version
