Hello All

Been struggling for a while trying to use BCM and it seems it doesn't do
what I want it to (sync with Windows Mobile, OWA, track email campaigns, etc)
and the things that it does do it does badly. So, would I be stupid to even
look at Microsoft CRM?

Are there alternatives that actually do integrate well with Outlook?
