that's hilarious - i have the opposite problem. i can't get it to open even
though it is installed.
do a search for Windows Installer Cleanup, download it and read how to
remove the Installer Reg entry for BCM and/or Outlook. Then reinstall Outlook
and NOT BCM. This usually solves this problem, although it's not working for
me at the moment.
