Hi, I am running Microsoft Office Professional Edition 2003. For reasons unknown access to Business Contact Manager after considerable use is not available. Reference to Business Tools on the menu has disappeared. In the Add or Remove Programs there is no reference to BCM although there is a reference to a BCM Update. The problem is that I purchased the computer with the programs pre installed and I do not have the discs. Is there somewhere that I can download/restore the program from? Thanks, StanW
