Yes - you can download it from the Microsoft website.

I remember having to very seriously HUNT for it last time I needed to
download it, which would have been some time ago. When Office 2007 came
out, they hid a lot of the add-ons for earlier versions of Office.

Try digging around on the Microsoft site and see if you can find it. Sorry
I don't have a direct link - I can't find it anywhere in my notes. :-(
