Hi,
I bought a PC a few years ago and just upgraded it yesterday. I have been
re-installing all my software and transferring all my downloads and such. My
huge headache comes when I try to use BCM. I have now re-installed in the
hopes that I did something wrong the first 3 times - this is just not the
case.

I do not see an option to 'Enable' BCM (only BCM Help & View the Tours).

When I activate it for use wth Outlook 2003 I get the 'Problem Connecting to
the Database Engine' message. When I troubleshoot it says 'Contact Support'.
AAAARGH!

The same problem occurred with my previous machine and I just gave it up as
a bad joke. I am determined to get to the bottom of this. Please, can
anyone help me?

I have the disks (Microsoft Office SBE 2003 with BCM) - both and have loaded
them and followed all instructions to the letter.

Any help you can give me is so very much appreciated.
