This may be a simple fix if someone could please help me.... I am a sales
rep and I would like to click on the customer in BCM which would then allow
me to schedule an appointment without having to type in the customer's name
and the appt show up in my calendar. Also, when looking at calendar would
like to see customer's name of whom I have an appointment with. Old ACT
users probably get this. Jeff
