I want to do a call list for some of the "prospect" leads I have assembled in
BCM. I note there is a "telemarketing" option when setting up a campaign but
it seems once you select that option all the other controls on the dialog box
are disabled and you can't do any filtering etc. What is the best way to
setup a call list and track who you've called?
