Just tried installing BCM 2003 - think the installation done ok but when go
into Outlook and start the set up it says "The information store can not be
opened". Have tried creating a new DB but each time get new error. Have
tried dowloading from the site hte latest updates for BCM to see if that
makes a difference but still get same error
