In BCM 2007 (3.00.73), I've created user-defined fields. But when I go to
add a new field, I can't see or select previously created fields (the right
side of the "Add a Field" form. It remains greyed-out with no pre-existing
UDF's listed.

I've closed all my forms, closed & restarted Outlook, but to no avail.

Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
