I am managing telecommunications for my company. Right now I am trying to make better use of our intranet and employee directories. I update a sql database which displays on a webpage the most current info. Since employees and information change so quickly, it would be nice to allow for downloading that info directly into Outlook. (Which in turn would update their PDAs) I have been trying to think of a clever way for a file to be auto create for me to posted so that employees can save it, and import into their contact lists. (If anyone has any input, it would be appreciated) Then I found this: Example: http://yellowpages.superpages.com/listings.jsp?SRC=comwp&C=starbucks&T=syracuse&S=NY&STYPE=S&L=Syracuse+NY&R=N&MC=1&OO=1&F=1&CP=Food+%26+Dining%5EBeverages%5ECoffee%5EShops%5E You can load a contact directly into Outlook Contacts. Any idea how this works, or something similar? It's great.
