Having used many other BCM programs, I continue to be amazed at some of the
issues with Outlook BCM. One of the most annoying is the INABILITY to easily
duplicate an existing contact record from a company to add a new contact name
inclusive of new extensions, address codes and etc. Has anyone found a simple
way of doing so for a BCM contact?

Looking forward to the responses. I have done it the MS way and lost records
and had them deleted without any recovery routines.
