I am looking for a way to have 1 main database that has all my key accounts
and business contacts. I have different database that is made up of
different industries however, i would like to have 1 main database that i can
use from which i can access all my key acocunts, key contacts, and look at
business opportunities rather than switching from one database to another to
view who my key accounts, contacts and opportunities are in each database. I
believe ACT has this feature but would love to use it for bcm.
