I'm trying to do a mail/merge business letter using BCM qithin Outlook 20007 which calls on Word 2007 to do the actual merging. My problem is there is no acceptable field to map "Courtesy Title" to listed in the drop down list when using the BCM contact database. The names when displayed under the various Outlook views all display a prefix (Mr., Mrs., etc) but there is no option in the mapping drop down box to get at these fields. I've checked for "title", "prefix" but there is no entry. The result is inside address and salutation come out Michael Smith rather than Mr. Michael Smith and Dear Michael Smith rather than Dear Mr. Smith. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Charles
