I know that there are many complaints about the ability to use follow up
flags with BCM. My issue is a variation on the theme. I set a follow up
flag on an opportunity, and then complete the follow up. Marking the flag
"complete" appears not to remove it (just removes the date due); I can't
delete the flag without removig the entire entry for th opportunity.

Any thoughts anybody?
