What is the fastest way to create a single letter (from a template) to
a single contact. In ACT, for example, there is a write letter menu
that connects to word and populates the client info in the header
leaves space for a subject and body, and populates the salutation,
closing and letter author's information. One click simplicity.
Everything I see in BCM takes four steps - a mail merge in effect. Is
there any way to simplify this process, or am I completely missing
something.
