Some of my contact records are showing up in red font in al fields/columns in
the Table Type Views. Any thoughts out there?

The only thing I see that designates red font is in the Customize View
screen under Auto Formatting it shows 3 Rules: Distr List Items, Unread
Contacts, Overdue Contacts ...... and that last rule indicates to use a red
font. Is that what is causing a few records to show in red? If so, what are
Overdue Contacts, what does that mean?

Also, what is meant by Distr List Items and Unread Contacts? How can a
contact be "unread"?
