I would recommend getting Exchange hosted by someone else. It's usually
$10-15 per month per user and they have support available. Once you get the
mail flowing and your users setup, it shouldn't take much maintenance.
If you want it hosted inside your office, get a MS Small Business Server and
a MS Partner to help you with it. It's more work on your part (or the
Partner's part) but it might be more cost effective after 1-2 years,
depending on the number of users you have.
