I have 2 problems with Microsoft Office 2010.

1) When will Microsoft fix BCM so that it no longer converts html bulk
emails to plain text. I know Microsoft is aware of the problem, as
they told me on the phone it would be corrected in the next windows
update. 2 updates have occured. The problem remains.

2) I have mapilab as an outlook plug in. The batch system doesn't work
with outlook 2010. It did with outlook 2007. Does Microsoft intend to fix
it.

I hate upgrading to new systems - which don't offer the same basic
functionality as the older system. Without these 2 errors being fixed, I
feel the buying of Office 2010 to be a total waste of time and money.
