I am currently trying BCM, and i have one problem on 2 machines i'm trying
it : the new Dashboard is just empty...
The Tabs are visible, but they contain nothing not even title, and when i
click on them...nothing happens...
Any ideas what could be the cause of the missing dashboard ?
I've try re-installing, rebooting and all the basics obvious with no luck.

| Matt, you need to save your spredsheet or workbook as a .csv, comma seperated
values, and title each column exactly the way it is in Outlook. You can get
the Outlook titles by first exporting the information you currently have and
save it as a .csv.

| When trying to access Business Contacts I get an error msg and Outlook has to
close.
The Error Signature has a fDebug: 0 Offset: 00c5a5c5
Does anyone know what this is? It closes outlook everytime and doesn't
allow access to Business Contacts.

Try this -- click on an email in your Inbox from a vendor. Click on the
Email Auto Link button on the BCM icon bar. There is a tab at the top that
says Business Projects that will show a list of your projects. Choose the
project(s) you want to link that email address to and it's supposed to work.

| This is a secret -- when you're customizing the view and choose the Fields
button, select User Defined Fields and choose ParentDisplayName and you'll
see the linked contact's name in a column.

Are you working on Outlook 2003 / 2007.
Open Outlook --> Click on Help - > click on disabled items --> in that
window if you find business contact mamnager addin --> highlight it and click
on Enable.
Close outlook and reopen it, you will get the BCM startup wizard. If still

dedicated server (a two year old unused Dell server for £85 from Ebay) fitted
with 3.2GHz hyperthreaded P4 & 2GB RAM, RAID 1 onboard and Windows 2003

| Unfortunately, no -- the data was discarded when the error occurred.
Apparently, the glitch must have caused BCM to interpret all the newer data
as records in the host db that had been removed on the next successful sync,
and then deleted it from the offline db.
Exporting is a good idea though, in case I encounter an error like this
