a report for the previous week, and have it pull all my comments, but I need

advantage for having two different ones. I'd just make two business contacts
and never the other. I travel a bit and cannot be away from any contacts.

| You cannot change in any way the fields that already exist and the only way
to add new fields is to use the customize form option which will add them
below the built-in data - there is no way to add the new fields inline with
the existing fields. Also, Parent is already in use so you will have to
choose another name for your field.

| OK, all of a sudden it wants to work. I tried accessing another shared file,
and for the first time it asked me for a password. Now BCM is working. I
don't know what changed, but I'm just glad i can use the dang program.

I had to do a system recovery on my computer and afterwards transferred all

| MS Outlook/BCM are so poorly written than it is hard to believe they came
from a major software engineering firm. They perform as if they were written
by a high school student working part time. They are shameful.
You can add powerful functionality to Outlook using:

With these add-ins, you won't need BCM at all.

Based on earlier discussions here, it's up to Exchange/OWA to decide
to support BCM. The more Exchange customers ask for BCM support, the

3 states. I have defined them as "Resellers" in BCM catagories. My ISP only
allows me to send a group email to up to 20 business contacts per group
mailout.
I can run an advanced filter to pick up the Reseller catagory, State,

Depends on the problem.
The most recent ACT import module should work with most data, with the
exception of data types that changed with ACT 8. And if the import

In a BCM Busines Contact, is there an easy way to copy text to the clipboard
information held in various fields, such as a complete mailing adress (name,
address, city, state, zip)? I remember this in Goldmine version 1, and it is
very handy.
You can copy the business card in BCM to the clipboard, but it is a non
editable image.

| As strange as it sounds, this is hard to do in Outlook and BCM. The way I
do it is in the Subject of the event -- "Meet with Pat Sullivan at
Starbucks" (or put Starbucks in the Location field). It's a few more
characters of typing but it's not ruined my life, so far. I always start
from the BCM Contacts list and right click, then choose Create, New
Appointment for Business Contact... |
