let's say one that lasts from July 13th - August 19th, not show up
completely? When I print multi-day appointments, the bar stretching across

connection). When he syncs it applies the changes to the main database at our
office, but does not mark them as updated on his PC. For example, He makes 3

took all the night (I was home ...) it is nice to write the name and see the

| Ah! It has to do with syncing your phone.
When you put organisations and companies under accounts, whether they
are clients, prospects or vendors, you can put the individual employee-
contacts under the Business contacts of that org/company. Is his phone
number the same as the company's phone number? Then copy the company
phone number into the contactphonenumber.

was spoiled. I could tap on a contact in my contact view and create an
apointment with out "typing" in the name.

| I'm also having this problem. It happens particularly when I have an email
folder open, and then click on the BCM link in the folder list. It is so
aggravating that I am considering looking for a 3rd party solution. After
all, I have a business to run, and having to sort out MS software problems
isn't it!

BCM2007. I then set up an excel spreadsheet so that I could reove duplicate
companies so that I could import them as Accounts (BCM2003 did this easily
via a wizard that seems to be missing from BCM2007 - you can import only as
Business Contacts, not as Accounts - unless someone has found a way)
