| There should be a way to do this by filtering the Business Contacts on the
field "account" to only bring up the records from that account, before doing
the mail merge. Unfortunately, there is a flaw in the program with the
accounts field which prevents that field from filtering, exporting etc. I
contacted Microsoft last fall about this, but they have not yet fixed the
problem as not... |

| Daniel,
I agree with Luther's suggestion to tell MOA that improved integration with
BCM is important to YOU. The big question always seems to remain: "Is this
important to THEM?"
When it comes to BCM for 5 years now, "Limitation" has been the name of the
game. Someone at MS might get a clue eventually before this decade is out!
