| I often email the same contact about multiple projects. I'd like to set up a
rule or keyword so that email about Project1 gets linked to Business
Project1, Project2 gets linked to Business Project2 etc. instead of
everything getting linked to Contact@foo.com.
Can this be done? How?... |

| "Reset Current View" button (in "Customise this View") is disabled - but in
BCM only. It is fine in the rest of Outlook. Pretty difficult to tailor all
the info in BCM without this option. Hope somebody can help?

| You probably bought Office Standard, this is why you don't have bcm (it's
only in pro and small business). You should try to return your purchase and
buy the correct editions, because the only other solution would be upgrading
but that's still about $240 per license

| I created a marketing campaign and out of nearly 1000 contacts, my report
shows only 8 were delivered. What would cause this error other than a "bad
e-mail address", I know the e-mail addresses to be accurate because I have
used them in other programs. I want to note that I imported all contacts at
once using Excel. I am curious to know why only 8 worked and what I can do to

I'm using XP Pro and Office 2007 with BCM. I'm trying to set up a shared BCM
database to be used from both my desktop and laptop. I believe everything has
been done according to instructions but somehow I'm not able to give such a
password that the system would accept.
Remote user has been added (both from control panel and BCM) with temporary

| If I were going to completely =replace= Outlook, then Act would
probably be the most logical alternative.
I much prefer Outlook over Act, though, so BCM is probably the best of
the two choices. I'm not a real-estate person, though, so I can't
speak for the particular issues that you would face in that particular

| I spend a good portion of my day switching between a business contact screen
& a job folder that I create for each job. Is there a way to create a
shortcut (or somekind of auto-link) on the Business Contact screen that
points to the folder that I have assigned to it? I would like a different

on the server and it will not sucessfully create the database, no matter what

In the application log the last event I get when I try is :

I just installed a BCM system in our office and I have a slight
conundrum: We use our boss's calendar, which syncs via BES to her
BlackBerry, as our office's main calendar. Now, when we enter a new
appointment via New History Item within a BCM contact, the appointment
is added to our personal calendars.

| I am using BCM with OL 2007, and I have a Moto Q smartphone, which has
Windows Mobile 6.0 software. I downloaded the add-in so that I can get my BCM
contacts on my phone.
Here is my question -
When I look at my Outlook contacts on my phone, it gives me the option to
filter records by category. When I look at my BCM contacts, I don't have that
option. Only an option to view by name... |
