| In Outlook BCM 2003 there was an Account History Report which would print all
contact information for an account (address, website address, etc) plus the
detailed information contained in any business notes linked to the account.
I have yet to discover how to print a similar detailed report for Accounts in
Outlook BCM 2007. All I can print are lists, but not detailed note reports... |

| We are using BCM for Outlook 2007. The users have created many user-defined
fields. Someone accidentally deleted one of these fields. I saw on
Microsoft's site that once you delete the field all the associated data is
also deleted. Is there any way to get this data back? We have a backup of the
database, but a lot of the data has changed since the backup, so a full
restore is not... |

| I am running a trial version of outlook 2007 w/ account manager. I recently
started getting a message when I start using the program saying they cant
access files do I want to work offline. Now I notice that I can't access my
account manager contacts. I get an error message that says 'the set of
folders cannot be opened, Store not configured'. Can someone help me out.

| Are you using Word mailmerge as the delivery method for the campaign? If so,
in Word under the Mailings tab there is a command for Match Fields. You

| You certainly can send mass emails through the Marketing Campaign function
of BCM. The spam limitation will come from your ISP. I recommend you talk

really need. In the past I used ACT!. I migrated to BCM several years ago.
The reason I used BCM instead of Outlook's base features is that I can store
more information in BCM than in Outlook.

outlook by means of the Blackberry Desktop Manager software app.

| I'm a little frustrated by a minor issue.
Is there a way to avoid having BCM create a blank document when merging?
What happens is that I get my merged document just fine, but I also get a
blank Word document to go along with it. When I'm merging letters for various
contacts this gets pretty annoying.
This may be a Word issue instead...

| This issue is on a Shared SQL Express DB. To temporarily fix the issue I
connect the users to a local DB then re-connect them to the SQL DB.
The users can access the History function in BCM for awhile then they get
disconnected again from the History function.
I was trying to run a script to re-index the DB, but am not having any luck
getting this script to work.

| I've installed Office 2007 Pro and BCM on a Windows Vista Home Premium
64-bits system (both dutch). It seems to have installed allright, but when I
try to create a new business contact or campaign no form apears. Outlook
just flickers for a moment en then nothing happens. Cant use it like that.

| I am missing the bcm related options e.g. [By Active] [By Follow-up Flag]
etc. These where normally available under current view for business contacts,
opportunities, project tasks etc.
Is there any way to restore these options?
After my Outlook 2007 crashed I had to start it wit the parameter /cleanviews.
Then the BCM View Options disappeared.
