| As I'm sure is true with many SME's, I have many contacts who are friends as
well as business contacts so need to appear in both the BCM address book and
Outlook's.
I sync my Outlook contacts with my phone (currently an iPhone but previously
a BlackBerry), both of which only allow you to sync to a single address book

| Running XP SP2, Outlook 2007 with BCM, have ALL recommended updates loaded.
When I open BCM and click "Accounts", the first account name semi-loads,
then the system freezes. I have to Ctrl-Alt-Del to close Outlook. Have
searched the web, see many others with similar problems, but no resolutions.

| Hello,
We are using BCM 2007 in our small office. Things generally work
fine, but we are encountering an issue when editing contacts. This
happens at random, but somewhat often: when clicking "Save & Close" on
a contact, Outlook crashes, bringing up the Windows Error Report
dialog.
Any thoughts?

in the list page. I've tried adding almost every field with the "show field"
command, but none seem to pull up the linked account. The "Company" field
might work, but there is no way to enter a "Company" name on the Business

| After resetting everything and going back through the setup process now I am
getting the error message "Cannot access the datebase server on computer X" I
went through the help suggestions and checked everything there and still the
same message. This is now gone beyond annoying and it's starting to cost me
money. I really don't want to go back to ACT but we have to get a database... |

at step 8, a dialog box is suppose to appear. No dialog box appears and the

| I am using IMAP and my Sent email folder called "Sent" is not on the list for
Auto-linking AND the outgoing/sent messages are NOT Auto-linking to Accounts
or Business Contacts but incomming messages seem to be working fine. Any help

| I have seen conflicting information about whether Outlook 2007 with BCM
(purchased through open license) can be installed on a Windows 2003 terminal
server. I found information that says that it won't work because Outlook
can't run in cached mode in terminal services which is required by Outlook
2007 BCM. Can you please clarify whether this configuration will work.
