The amount of data is not important as SQL is designed to deal with
mountains of data. What matters is whether the features for this are present
in the product.
If you are asking whether you can use BCM with multiple users and whether it
will automatically attach business records for each e-mail associated with a
business contact, then yes it *could*... |

| You would want to import the contacts into BCM.
It's not too complicated.
The easiest way is to export from BCM and then use the resulting CSV file as
a guideline to setup your export process from your current solution.

| I have several email messages linked to a business project but by default,
the To and From fields were omitted in the History tab. I added them by
Customizing Current View and they are added to the table. However the actual
data for each entry is not there. In my case, for each email message, the To
and From columns are now blank. I know that some columns do work correctly... |

- Create a blank database (do not import any data) , share it out and see if
you can hit it from the client machines
If this works it could be the data set within the database that is prevent
it from being listed as an option

Here is our setup; 2 servers running 2008 in 2 different locations connected
with a hardware VPN and the servers are Active Directory synched and on the
