I want to update my records. (sales). I have added a user defined field
titled "Jan. 09 sales. Now I want to populate those accounts from the excel
file. If I choose import duplicates Obviously I get a 2nd record of these
accounts. The new account has the "2009" info without any of the notes from
the original account. If I choose "do not import duplicates" nothing is
imported. Any help on this matter?
