| Recurring appointments are a single appointment that occurs on multiple
dates, so in the table view you'll only see 1 appointment. If you need to
see multiple appointments (or if you enter notes for each specific
recurrence you should use individual appointments. You can break up the
recurring appointment by exporting the calendar to excel, delete the other
items from the spreadsheet... |

| No, they will only receive the one update.
When you use a distribution list for a meeting request, it only shows
the distribution list name at first. As folks reply with an accept/decline
the list "Expands" or "Explodes" with the individual information as it
arrives and is talley'd. They are still only going to receive one update.

and you need to open each response to have it "tally'd" on the sent mail.

| I had the same issue on my iPhone, only it was 7 hours behind. I then checked
the time settings on my iPhone. This is found under Configure -> General ->
Date and Time, then Time Zone (I don't know how this is written in your
language on the iPhone since I have Norwegian language).

Thanks for your comment, I too, do not use categories, but the fact that
they are there has never been a problem. In fact I had never even looked at
that feature/property until one of the people I support started having
issues, caused by a marginally, at best, advertised change by MS for no good
reason. So here is the way I see it, unless you actually use the "category"... |

| You're probably on the right track. The items most likely are in your
archive PST file. Try using the File menu > Open > Outlook Data file command
to open the archive file, then drag/drop the items from the archive if you
need them in your main PST

"Calendar Details Style". The report prints the "all day" events first and

first 3 appointments will print, even though there are often 5 or 6 on the

Are you asking if the events are repeated on some of those calendars? Like

They had accounts on the hosted server and I had to create their accounts on
our server (where the information was imported). The names remained the same
and I imported while logged in under their credentials.
From what I understand, the event in question are recurring meetings and
they are just trying to advise all attendees of schedule change or last
minutes... |
