I need to print a calendar for all the users is one of our particular departments. Basically I'd like to look something like this: User 1 User 2 User 3 User 4 Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Hopefully it would list the calendar items for each user on those days. I tried the calendar printing assistant but couldn't figure out how to customize a template. Any help or suggestion would be most appreciated! I tried a couple of the week view templates but wasn't sure how to distinguish which appointments belonged to a particular user (The color/symbol coded key doesn't show up when I print the calendar) Just some details, I'm using Office 2007 with Calendar Printing Assistant 4.0
