You're seeing the MIME Quoted-Printable data for the file getting displayed
instead of Outlook decoding the MIME properly. One cause of this is scanning
incoming messages with an antivirus program. If you do that, uninstall your
AV program and reinstall it without the mail scanning feature.

You're seeing the MIME Quoted-Printable data for the file getting displayed
