Hi, I have seen a similar thread about this problem, although that was with .ics file types, but that solution did not work out. I have an Microsoft Outlook 2010 for Mac installed on a computer and my problem is that I cannot open up any .vcs files coming from another calendar. They get to my computer by an email, but when I try to open it, it opens up a new, empty email with the vcs file attached. No Accept/Decline/Tentative, etc. buttons, just the regular To/Cc/Subject fields. I also tried to save the file and open it up from the desktop (also Open with -> Outlook 2010), but again, the same empty email comes up. The import function is even of less use: it does not even offer a calendar file to be imported, only Entourage files, folders, other messages and contacts. I am using Parallel, in which I have got another Outlook installed on a PC, but that does not accept the vcs files either. That comes up with the following error message: "The file "calendar.vcs" is not a valid Internet Calendar file." Both of the Outlooks are updated. Do you have any ideas why it is not working?
